Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS)
Proof-of-Concept, Sports Analytics
Before engaging with clients, we internally demonstrated best-in-class analytics capabilities. We chose DFS on the DraftKings platform, focusing on NBA basketball. We used historical data, high-performance algorithms, and comprehensive simulations to develop an end-to-end DFS strategy.
In the 2025 NBA Playoffs, we effectively empowered a single DraftKings user to become one of the top players in the world. One success metric was reaching the top 0.2% of entries, at the highest level of competition. This is approximately the top 40 out of 20,000 entries. We enabled this outcome in 8 out of 23 competitions (35%). Only one rival player exceeded this, with 9 out of 23.
